Terms and Conditions

Welcome to SELA Beauty. By booking with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies ensure a smooth, professional, and respectful experience for both the client and the artist.

1. Booking and Deposits

• All appointments require a £30 non-refundable deposit to secure your booking.

• Deposits must be paid via bank transfer.

• Your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

• The remaining balance is due on the day of the appointment and can be paid by cash or bank transfer.

2. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• Deposits are non-refundable, under all circumstances.

• Clients are allowed to reschedule once, provided at least 48 hours' notice is given.

• If you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours' notice, your deposit will be forfeited.

• If SELA Beauty cancels your appointment for any reason, your deposit will be refunded or applied to a new date.

3. No-Shows and Lateness

• No-shows will result in a loss of your deposit and you will need to pay a new deposit to rebook.

• If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled at the artist’s discretion.

• Time lost due to lateness cannot be made up and may result in a shortened service or cancellation without refund.

4. Travel and Call-Outs

• If your appointment is off-site (e.g. your home or venue), a travel fee will apply.

• Travel costs will be a Base £10 and then 45p per mile thereafter 

5. Refunds

• Deposits are non-refundable.

• Refunds will only be issued if SELA Beauty cancels the appointment.

• No refunds will be given once a service has been completed.

6. Hygiene and Skin Sensitivities

• All brushes and tools are sanitised before each client.

• Clients must inform SELA Beauty in advance of any allergies or sensitivities.

• SELA Beauty will not be held responsible for any reactions that occur if allergies are not disclosed.

7. Agreement

By booking with SELA Beauty, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
